To strip off existing roof materials to main roof of all battens and flashings etc..

To clean down existing roof rafters and to allow for treating, if necessary of all timbers before re-covering
- To supply and lay a new reinforced roofing felt, type BS747 underlay, lapping joints a minimum of 100mm and to be secured with 40mm galvanised nails.

- To provide and fit 18mm x 38mm tantalised treated timber battens secured and fixed with 50mm galvanised nails.
- To supply and fix Redlands 49 Interlocking tiles to roof area, to be nailed every third course with 40mm galvanised nails.

- To supply and fix a 225mm Code 4 leadwork flashing along the parapet walls to main roof.
- To supply and fit lead work flashing around chimney stack to a watertight finish.
